STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TKO SUITES. THESE GUYS ARE MONEY HUNGRY. ALL THEY DO IS CHARGE RIDICULOUS FEES FOR VERY TINY SPACES AND HOLD ON TO YOUR SECURITY DEPOSITS. I HAVE A FEW THINGS TO TALK ABOUT WITH THESE GUYS.
Don't sign a rental agreement with these guys, and if you do sign, be sure not to give them a security deposit. You will not get your security deposit back when your lease is up. YOU WILL NOT GET BACK YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN TERM IS OVER.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Here are a few things that happened to me.
1. If you are a company that has foot traffic a few guest on a day to day basis TKO suites / Issac office manager, will charge you $35 per person if 2 or more people are in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes. Issac looks at the cameras everyday just to see how much money he can add to your rent invoice. So if your rent is a $1,100 month for a 2 persons office by the end of the month you will have $1,800 invoice.
2. Conference room is too expensive $75 per hour.
3. Management is rude and uncompromising And will not work with you.
4. The worst part of this scam is their term agreement. Make sure if you are gonna sign. Have them remove the part where it says you must give a 90 day notice before leaving to have your Security deposit returned to you. So what happened to me was my term agreement ENDED And I did not sign another agreement with them. I did not know at that time they automatically turned your agreement into a month to month agreement and hold on to your security deposit.
I told Issac that I wanted my security deposit back and that I will not be signing another agreement with them. He simply said he isn't gonna give it back and did not allow me to live out deposit as well. So right now they have a total of $6,000 in security deposits that they did not give me back after my term agreement was over.
5. They have BED BUGS. A few of their tents complained about that as well.
6. Office suites are overpriced.
7. Also keep in mind that it is not a lease. It's a service contract that only works in their favor. They can change the locks on you if they just feel like it, terminate your contract whenever they feel like, and not give you back your money if they do so.
PLEASE I BEG OF YOU. TO LISTEN TO ME. DO NOT LEAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH THEM. JUST AGREE TO A MONTH TO MONTH PAYMENT WITH THEM. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LEAVE SECURITY DEPOSIT UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
