I ordered tickets for a ballet through Tickets-Center.com on 12/4/2021 and the show was scheduled for 12/19/2021. I never received tickets to the event. I contacted the Tickets-Center customer care dept on 12/15,12/16,12/17,12/18 and 12/19 and was told that I would see the tickets the day of the event which was 12/19. I never saw tickets and I was also contacting the venue box office directly who was informing me that they did not have an order for me on their end from Tickets-Center.
The day of the event on 12/19 I was on the phone with Ticjkets-Center.com 2 hours prior and the representative on the phone was telling me that there was a "glitch" (with no other info) and that they were trying to figure it out yet my event I paid for was less than 2 hours away. She also continued to told me to hold while they looked into my account and then hung up on me!
Tickets-Center buyers guarantee states that you will receive your tickets prior to your event which I did not. Nor are they willing to issue a refund without now opening an investigation against what they did wrong. I have disputted the charge and filed complaints with the CA consumer division as well as the DE consumer division and the BBB. Steer clear since they will take your money and not deliver the goods!
Purchased (4) tickets $1150.71 Oct 2019 to see Billy Joel in Charlotte April 2020. Due to Covid event was postponed, initally to April 2021 and now to April 2022. Tickets-Center policy will not refund if the event is postponed (only if cancelled).
I am not going to wait another year and go see Billy Joel who will 72 or 73 years old by then. No response to my refund request.
I was charged almost $441 for two tickets and i later learned that the most expensive ticket for this performance if purchased directly from the venue was only $70 per ticket! i requested a refund when the concert was canceled due to covid-19 and was told several times that the refunds were being processed, but they then refused to give a refund and were instead giving a credit, but i will never use them again. I will not use the credit. On their site under "about" tab it says "backed by 100% guarantee..."and you will receive a complete refund if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled."
