Last year we were hired by Surface and Glass Magic Inc. and Philip D Carnithan to finish his project. He was running late and the general gave him our number to help him out. We agreed with Philip to be hourly paid and finished his part of the job. He was sutisfied with the results as well as the general contractor. However once we emailed him the invoice he stopped taking our phone calls. He was unreachable. I believe he was never going to pay us. He had lots of problems with the general and I dont think thay paid him fully. So I think he recuperated his cost by hiring us and not paying us. It is a well planned fraud and scam.
