I bought a used 2007 Kawi OEM radiator for $175. When I went to install it, we opened the bubble wrap and it was a 2006 which doesn't fit. I called Stockers pretending to be a new customer and Steve said he has a 2007 Kawi radiator in stock for $125 (but it was $175 two-weeks prior?). I explained to him that he gave me the wrong year. He was unapologetic but said he has the part for exchange. My friend had to drive me down there over 22-miles. We get there and Steve still doesn't have the part at the front but says they're looking for it. We wait another 25mins and Steve says they actually don't have the part. I asked for a refund but he says no cash refunds per receipt. He would have to order me another one from a different yard.
10-days go by and I go back there to get the replacement part. Of course, it is a Chinese aftermarket part that you can find on eBay for $98. I told him this is not what I paid for but he essentially said tough.
Now I'm dealing with him legally. I asked around about him too and people are already aware. One guy even finished my sentence before I explained "let me guess, he said he had the part over the phone but when you went down there he didn't have it?"
I ordered a used motorcycle parts from Steve at Stockers bike parts and paid with credit card and have sent many emails to which none have been answered, Would very much like a refund to my card due to never recieving a shipping number only a reciept. wWill not ever do business with this company again nor will I recommend them.
