Very unprofessional! Called and asked if they were a certified Keystone mechanic and the owner said yes, he was certified to work on them. An appointment was made for "driveway service" and they were a no show. Two weeks later we called and they asked us to drop it off because it would make it much easier for them to do the repairs, so we did. It sat in their possession for over 90 days and absolutely nothing was repaired. During the 90 days, Shelley, (Queen of Excuses) never returned our calls or responded to emails and claims she never gets them. First she said she was waiting for the Warranty Company to return her calls. We called the Warranty Company and they had never been contacted by RV Doctor and assured us there records were spot on. When Shelley was confronted she said we misunderstood and she was waiting for the parts cost from Keystone and they were the ones not returning her calls. Then we called Keystone and they stated that RV Doctor Inc. is not an authorized repair shop so therefore they cannot purchase parts direct from the company. Lies on top of lies. Now we have picked up the camper that was there for leak repairs and a sewer gas leak and it has sat un-vented and leaked for 3 months. The smell inside is a lovely combination of sewer and mold. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Poor workmanship. Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. Unfriendly, and unprofessional. Rear Level Jack stuck down. They showed up, removed environmental boot on left rear jack to access level release lever, and did not re-position boot properly.
In just two months since their shoddy workmanship, the environment got to level jack motor and brake system. This happened in August. I called their office and asked for them to come back on October 30th. The lady that answered the phone, told me she would have them return the call.
It just cost $600 to fix their poor work. They never called back, yet they were three lots down from me in Cypress Trails 30 minutes after I called them. I walked down there, but they were both busy, so I decided to wait. An hour later they go blasting by. No call, no stop, no nothing, and I had informed the lady on the phone that I was in Cypress Trail. I called another service. S.C. RV Services Inc.. Within 15 minutes they showed me the problem; a completely corroded and locked up motor and brake assemblies on that same left rear jack. That jack was replace by Camping world in July of 2014, and thanks to the "RV Doctor's" shoddy work it cost me another $700.
When the RV Dr. showed up. they tried the panel, and then they went out to the level jack. Five minutes later they were handing me the bill, for $220. I asked them what they had done, and I was told "don't worry about it, we got your Jack up." They sure did, and they could not take another, single minute to resecure the boot in place. Absolutely the worst service. Totally unprofessional. Very Rude. Very expensive. Terrible workmanship. Very unethical.
I am a disable Veteran, that spent of 35 years in aircraft maintenance. If my body was able, I would have gotten under the motor home my self and released it. Nothing like taking advantage of a disabled veteran.
