I took my mower in because it wouldn't start. 4 days later I got a call at noon asking if they could do a diagnostics, I said yes and to call me as soon as they were done. Another 24 hours later they call and tell me I need a new engine and do I want them to install it. I said no.
On or about Aug 10th I picked it up. They used a forklift to get it back on my trailer and while pushing it further on, scratched up the paint and a sticker.
I took it to my regular mechanic and he turns they key while still on the trailer and it starts right up. Haven't had a problem since. He told me that sometimes the starter gets dirty.
I called and asked for a refund of $97.55. That was over 11 days ago.
Last week I talked to Sean and was told he will refund my money on my card. I was also told that he would talk to someone and see what they could do about the damage and my lost time. He said he would call me back around noon after a meeting he had to attend. That was about a week ago and I still don't have my money.
I want my money returned ASAP or I will file a complaint with the BBB and maybe take legal action.
