The used car salesman Mike M. and manager Mike P. verbally accepted my husband's offer of a pre approved amount from our Credit Union. Once he had traded in his old truck and got his cash downpayment, removing insurance from the old truck and applying insurance to the newer truck he was led to the cashier. At the cashier it was revealed to him, that Royal Oak Ford had been approved by our Credit Union for $4400 more than the agreed to price. The saleman had said " you drive a hard bargain Mr. we can get you that truck for $268 a month" which was our pre approved amount, but with 60 months payments. Paperwork was never displayed, only a bent around view on the computer at the cashier showed a payment of $290 for 72 months. My husband said I can't beleive you did this to me. He got his old truck back, removed the insurance and put it back on his trade in. I called Mike the sales manager and left a voicemail. I said I want to make sure I have the right manager Mike, Mike McKenzie, to put in online reviews, but the right manager was Mike P. Mike McKenzie called me 6 times in a row, threatening to sue and to ruin me. I had to call 911 to get him to stop. He called the police and lied, stating I would not answer my phone. I answered each time, as shown in my phone records, and told to 911, which I have the recording of. The officer told me Mike M. said I would not answer the phone. The officer said you have to report this to the RO police. Others have been overcharged in this way, $50 extra a month, due to miscalculations, to a Ford employee no less. Some wanting to report to the police, some ripped off of maintanance, certified cars with wrecks, insaults, and terrible interactions leaving people discusted and revolted. All the fraudulent 5 star reviews to get their ratings up, in stark contrast to honest reviews left unseen and in the back of review sites. They only get more bold, telling me, go ahead and call the police. Mike P. kept calling throughout the day, attempting to give us the original deal, concerned about the reviews, he said you don't mind being sued, I said no I don't mind. I am concerned for our safety, not being sued. We contacted the owner Eddie Hall with no reply. A new wedsite royaloakfordreviews.org, established for honest reviews has been created for the customers.
