Ms. Morrisroe not only stole our deposit. She devastated our children with the rouse of a piglet. She had me travel 12 hours. As soon as she knew I had made the entire trip she insisted on an additional $200. She said it was for a “spay contract” she forgot to mention.
When I said that was definitely in breach of our contract, she refused to sell me the piglet and kept my deposit. She tried to terminate the deal by sending me very confusing information on travel permits. She had not had the piglet Veterinarian checked, and I hadn’t realized she wanted me to do that too. I was willing to! When I agreed to meet all her expectations she still refused.
It was so very tragic for my youngest son especially. My hope is she will never again steal money from another young family. She has listed a different address on her Website. We chose her because she lived in my Grandparents hometown of Yachats. Only to find later I would need to take an additional excursion to Dallas Oregon. Which we were willing to do. My children were so very excited. She caused me so much suffering.
She also has numerous emails. I have also found other complaints regarding this “breeder”. The theft of my deposit is also very concerning as I worry she has scammed other families out of money too.
I am filing this to warn future consumers. I’ve worked in the Criminal Justice system and feel very foolish for falling for such a scheme. I would not recommend ever sending her money prior to the sale.
