I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter in May, only received 1, and still to this day haven't received the other. I have called and e-mailed them several times and they refuse to send me the other dress saying that it's back ordered or more are shipping out but I never receive anything! I have sent them about 20 e-mails and called multiple times over the past 6 months.
I reported them to the BBB so finally Nicole called me to tell me that they aren't going to give me anything now, well it's been 6 months anyway and I haven't received anything and probably never would have!

Hi , we had a partial shipment on those items, we are expecting another shipment on those items, if you do not wish to wait we can issue refund or send other items?
We are still waiting on those items, we hope to have them in tomorrow's shipment :)

When they find out that you reported them to the BBB expect a call from Nicole chewing you out about reporting them and then she'll tell you that "Now you get Nothing!"
