Nothing is positive about this whole site. I'm not gonna be the guy to say it's rigged but these people try their hardest so you don't make a withdrawal. They understand the need for ppeople to withdraw there winnings and yet they say first express payout which only take roughly about 5-7 business days.

I deposited almost $400.00 between both casinos and I won was apprroved for both withdrawals but never received any money?? In chat I get a copy paste responce, no one answers the phone most of the time and if they do it is a run around responce. Emails they dont answer. At this point it looks like I got ripped off.

After playing for a few hours without a problem I was dealt a "20" against an "8" in blackjack. Of course I would choose to "hold" my hand. When I tried to choose the "stand" option it said it was not allowed. I went to the live chat option and the CSR said nothing was wrong on their end, sorry for the inconvienence. I told him it was not an inconvience it was $200.00.
After receiving no help from the CSR I tried to go to the cashier and withdraw my money and cut my loses. I could not access the cashier so I logged of and tried to re-enter the website. A message popped up and said I was not allowed to logon and to call customer service. I did call and left a message for them to call me and explain why I couldn't log on the withdraw my winnings.
I got no response so I went to their website home page and used the live chat format again. After I told the my user ID I got a reply that the casino could ban anyone from their site and again "sorry for the inconvienence"
I've played on online casinos for years and have never been just flat ripped off. Some were slow at sending you your money but I can't even get back into this site to withdraw my money.
I realize I won't get my money back but maybe I can save someone else from the same fate I suffered.

After being to told i would receive my payment in 7-10 busines days waited 15 days then contacted online chat representive and was told the payment is being held up by a third party bank of somekind was assured that it wouldnt be long until it was released and i would receive its been 32 days and still nothing now when i attempt to contact then it rings and music comes for 1 to 2 secounds and click it hangs up and they dont respond to my atempts to chat online there a rip off scam website that has no problem taking money from victims yet has no intensions of paying dont spend your money with this company

She began to play the online slots at royalacecasino.com and her luck continued with online play. She had won over a thousand dollars from this website and decided to cash out her winnings. After a week or so after winning, she noticed that there were transaction on her arm/debt card that she made over seas that were not authorized (we live in California and neither one of us had ever ventured overseas in our lives). She contacted her bank, and they were able to issue a hold on her account and refund the overseas transactions that were made. Two after she received her refunds from the overseas transactions that were made on her account, her checking account was once again hacked (mid February 2016) and we had to once again go thru the hassle of contacting a bank representative and filing reports for transactions that were not made by her.this time her account was hacked for over 1200 dollars. This is the first and only times that her account has ever been hacked and its around the time she began playing online casino games with royalacecasino.com. Just a few weeks ago ( second week of april 2016), she got email notifications from royalacecasino.com saying that she had free online game cash play and she used that and won over 9,000 dollars. The next day when she attempted to cash out her winnings and get her money, one of the representatives from royalacecasino.com said her account was closed . The a hole representative would not give her 5 mins to explain that the checking account attached to her gaming account was hacked multiple times, and that Wells Fargo put a hold on her checking account , thus why her account with royalacecasino.com was closed. And just today, april 28th 2016, she discovered that her checking account was hacked for a third time!!! DO NOT PLAY AT ROYALACECASINO.COM, they are crooks and should be prosecuted as such!!!!
