I was referred to Rachelle Louis owner of Pure Passion catering for personal chef services for my family vacation. We signed a contract and I made deposit and payments as requested. On the day before our first day of service, she informed me she could not provide the first breakfast and lunch and gave me 10% back for the inconvenience.
After spending the day at the amusement park and texting back and forth about when dinner would be ready all day, she tells me she was sending our dinner by another person. He was late and the food wasn't the agreed to menu. I rejected the food and had to purchase meals for 8 people from a local restaurant. I expressed my dissatisfaction and it was at this time she promised a full refund but still wanted to cook for us. I should have fired her then...
The next day she arrived late for breakfast and lunch. She claims to be a chef but used frozen waffles? And served food I had purchased since she didn't show up on the first day. She left dinner in the refrigerator but it was a small amount of meat for 8 peoples with chips and taco bowls.
She asked what time we wanted brunch the next day but never showed up. And she never came back. She said I would get a refund but has not given one and stopped communicating with me.
She is a thief and con artist that claims to be a Christian but her behavior does not support that claim.
I want to take her to small claims court but the business is registered in Semniole county, services where for Orange county, and she is newly employed in Atlanta but I live in Ohio.
