There was an article regarding CBD oil on Facebook which was supposed to help my knees. They sent a free sample and all I had to do was pay $5.95 shipping. I checked my bank account about 2 weeks later and there was a $79.95 unauthorized charge pending. I called the bank and they told me they couldn't do anything until the charge cleared however I had to cancel my debit card before the bank would pursue it. It was such an inconvenience but I did what I had to do. Needless to say, I never received more product.
thank you for your review. I just checked my bank acct this morning and same thing bit they charged me about 97 dollars for the last transaction. I was going to call but after looking at these reviews I think it's useless so I canceled my debit card instead. I get scammed a lot so I hope this lesson sinks in! Be more cautious, we can't trust every ad on the internet, even if it pops up on a mini computer (our cellphones).
I ordered the free bottle as advertised and received it, I read the advertisement clearly and no where did I see where I was signing up to receive a monthly supply.
Next thing I knew $79.00 was debitted from my checking accoun,t without authorization.
I would like to have my money returned and any further shipments cancelled. as of this date 01/21/2018
Receive trial off, then two months later ,receive charges totaling $361.28, I call to find out what was going on given a tracking number, saying the product was shipped to me, No info was given to me on whern to cancel, In fact sample sent with no invoice or return address or their policy.I called the number on my credit card, theyask me why I want their address I told them I was going to report them for fraud . I was given a false address, wwhen I check out the address, it was a hotel. I have reported to the post office what was going on. I receive documents from the card company tracking and personal info cannot make out. Plus only want to give me back $50.00 .
This company Pure CBD is a rip off. They lure you in by offering clinical trials which then turns out that its too late to enter. Which is when they offer a Free Bottle to try by only paying the shipping and handling charge. After trying Pure CBD I found that it does not do what it claimed for pain relief. I have been in hospital and going back and forth to doctors and forgot about this CBD until my debit card was charged and I havent received another shipment.
I live on a fixed income and with all my doctors I cant afford these people to just take my money. So now I have been trying to locate and talk with someone to no avail. The bottle has a phone number of 877-813-3316 and i got a phone number of 976-096-1955 which goes to Bataar. I went back into the original email about the clinical trials and got an email of [email protected] and they claim they cant find my account. On the bank information its listed as Good Health CHG in Connecticut and gives the Bataar phone number.
I hope you called your credit card and got the charges stopped and refunded. That was the only thing that saved me in this scam! All charges plus shipping were reversed I would like to know if it's any good or if it's just water.
Last Friday I received an email stating Clint Eastwood story about leaving Holywood to take care of his health product company Pure CBD. Knowing the man is a patriot, I figured I could trust. The offer of a free bottle turned out into a charge of U$236.00.
I caught the scam right away and called the company who answer the phone only on Monday, but told me they couldn't cancel the other placed on the weekend but could give me a discount and after all I would be saving U$700.00 (???).
I told her I want nothing to do with such a company and she said she couldn't cancel but I could return the package for a fee of re-estocking plus a two way shipping.. .. I told her I want to report this to the Public Attorney , which I will and called my credit card, but since the order is still pending...I have to wait, but no question, they won't scam me nor they will get paid and if they insist sending the product, I'll send back at their expense-
-just don't accept the product and get a receipt from the post office and, of course, I will have my credit card number changed. Talking about criminals....Matter of fact, CBD, because it is a helth product that so many people search for, is one of the largest scam enterprise taking the country like a storm....they sell bee wax, they use false names and no address and all CBDs, almost , have some 'pure' in their name so, you can't even identify them...Please place a phone report with the public attorney and stopp those criminals
This company that was advertised on the tv show Doctor, is nothing but a scam. They offer you a free bottle of their CBD oil free except for S&H Of $4.95, then when you see the charge on your card it is for $85.90. when you call in they send You to a Rebate site that does not work. when you call them back they hang up on you.
I bought what I thought was a sample, for the cost of shipping. I was charged shipping and the full amount the next month as I hadn't cancelled the subscription... Big scam.. using well know names..
I paid $5.95 for shipping for a bottle of CBD Oil to see if it would help with terrible joint pain. Was sent the free bottle of the CBD Oil that I expected. But then in same package was a bottle of CBD Oil capsules that was not mentioned at all in the article. The following month I received the second Bottle of CBD Oil I had not ordered or wanted as I did not see much relief from my pain. I will be returning all 3 of the items mentioned. The unused bottle, the capsules, and the unopened bottle. We have not received our January bank statement yet we feel sure there will be a charge for those items not ordered. The advert was totally misleading.
I called in to cancel subscription which I was supposed to be able to do. The first call resulted in a a man hanging up on me. I immediately called back in and was told I would need to send in the bottles in order to cancel. I told them I would do that but I need to cancel because I cannot afford their product and I wanted to try it out. She refused to cancel my subscription and told me that I will be charged monthly unless I return and they receive by Jan 26.2018 I am going to return bottles tomorrow morning but wanted to file a report. Once you order the "trial" it is very difficult to deal with these people.
The lady I spoke with said she would check into this fraudual withdraw & I was to call her back. Well I’ve tried over & over for months & I get a fast busy signal
You DO have to cancel your order or get them to come down in price for next shipment! They took care of our problem without a problem...Be FIRM and tell them you cant afford the next shipment and DO NOT send auto shipment and they won't. I have it set up where I tell them when I need next bottle and they came down to 22.00 a bottle and our food co op charges 40 something.
This company states you are paying only shipping for a bottle of their Pure CBD oil but then charges your account over $92 per month without your knowledge. When you try to cancel, they wont allow it once they have charged your account and they will not allow returns. When calling support they promise to put you through to a supervisor who does not exist.
I ordered a trial of Pure CBD for $5.99 the company started taking money out of my bank Numerous times for $79.99 n $69.99. They did not have my approval for this n they continued to take money out I had to freeze my bank account n can not get my money back. I am disabled n on a fix income.
Ordered some cbd oil to see if it would help with the pain I am currently going through and have been for a while. While reading about it said I would only have to pay shipping which was 5.99. Upon looking at my bank account today they have charged me 79.95. There was nothing in the package stating anything about this charge. Tried calling them but just get a busy signal.
I ordered free trial sample of Pure CBD and paid $5.95 as advertised for shipping. Then a few days later they charged our account $79.95 without authorization. I called and complained and was told I had to return the product in 14 days or pay full price. I didn't see any such information like that on the website I ordered from. They said they could only refund $39.95 The company that did the billing is called Healthydiet.
I ordered one bottle of CBD oil. I can not find a receipt from the original order because I believe they called it a different company. I found two charges on my credit card that I did not recognize. When I called the merchant I was informed it was for CBD oil and I had a subscription. I never agreed to any autorship nor a subscription. I asked him to cancel the subscription and he agreed. He said I would receive an email confirmation. I never did. So I called the company back and got a recording for viagra and then the phone disconnected. So I've been charged three times for a single bottle that I ordered and of course the recurring amounts were far more than I ever would have agreed to. I am filing a dispute with the credit card company.
I purchased a trial supply of CBD oil from this company. I understood this to be a one time purchase. No authorization was made to ship any further orders. They sent me another order in a month, charged my credit card 69.95. (trial order was 5.95) Phone number is always a busy signal.
I was initially charged $5.95 for s&h. Two months later they took $79.95 out of my account without permission. I would like a refund please. Every number you can find leads to dead ends.
July 2017 I spotted an offer of CBD oil to help with my pain and it's stated 5.95 for shipping only. I agreed to that charge and that charge only and this was two months ago. Are used my bank debit card tied to my checking account for this transaction. (I did not use an actual credit card? Rather I used my debit card numbers which acts like a credit card ) September 2017 I spotted a charge on my bank account for 79.95 I had no idea what the company was or what the charge was for. I called the number associated with the 79.95 charge and reach the customer service agent at a call center offering no information except to give me 20% and then 30% back on the 79.95 charge to my bank account. She also repeatedly read a script that said if I did not cancel the order in 14 days I would be charged. The charger not show up on my account until two months later ?! and there was no 14 day cancellation. I never never never would have ordered a five dollar product if there was an $80 charge staring at me! I am not in good health and my income is limited and the 79.95 charge to my account into overdraft. There is no company itself that I can track down to appeal for a refund for a rip off an Internet scam. Tracy/Hinesburg VT
This is the email I received to make a trial offer.
they shipped me another bottle a month later without my authorization.
I called the number on the package to ask why they were still sending me their product they told me that I had to contact them within 14 days of receiving my trial if I was not happy to stop shipments.

I ordered a free trial of Pure CBD oil off of Facebook that only charges $10 shipping for a free one month trial that must be cancelled within 14 days to cancel furthe charges and shipments. The phone number on the bottle is not valid. The web address on the packing slip only leads you to see if you are able to get a rebate. I entered my SO and DEPT numbers on the website and it said I wasn't able to get a rebate. Their Customer Service number on the packing slip is a different number than on the bottle, and it to is an invalid number. I don't want my credit card charged for any more shipments.
Ordered the sample bottle just to find out they debited my account for 79.99 & 69.99 without my consent. Sent back the product and canceled this. Product was sent back at the begining of July. Everyday I call to find out where is my refund? Get nowhere. They are in possession of the product and my money. I work hard for my money and feel I have to let this go and realize I have been ripped off badly. They also say they can not send the product back to me. What the h*** is that! Frusrated to the max.
I tried this product to see if it would help with my pain!! It did not!! I tried calling the number on my atm card that was associated with the transaction and they are never open!!
I only ordered a trial of the product Pure CBD, I paid for the shipping that was all they said. Then on the 7th. of July my mother's account got charged $79.95 from GR8Bloom.C14311 Dickens ST.A 8664500305 ca.c#3584. The trial size came from Pure CBD Las Vages Navada 8778133316. Then my mother gets another charge to her account from your expressfit.com Loc.8446060560. I did'nt order any other products from them and this is a ridoff to pay so much for a 3.3 oz bottle when the bigger size only cost$79.95. my mother needs her money back. She was only trying to help me find something to help my pain. this product doesn't work.
Ordered a free trial bottle. Unable to cancel further orders as they don't accept Emails and phone number doesn't work or they put you on hold and hang up on you. They charged $79.95 on my credit card without my authorization. Their website disappeared as soon as I made the free trial order. They also created a fraud order for a weight loss supplement. Talk about a rip off company.my credit card company initially reversed the charges but then recharged my card.Do not order a free trial product before checking reviews including BBB and RIP off Report.
Ordered the 599 sample wanted to see if it was worth it checked the one time order wasnt going to rder a subscription if i wanted to test well i took about 5ml and didnt do nothing for me then on the 14 i got a charge for 79.55 for the same sample bottle was told that i needed to send it back and complant offered a 50% refund.
Mainly what I wanted to do is to make sure that do get any additional shipments nor charged for them. I am not able to use the bottle that I purchased.
I have tried calling two different phone numbers and got hung up on on one of the numbers, and some message to call the number on invoice that was included in the shipment. There was no invoice.
Pop up add offering free pure CBD available to limited buyers. Also it had a clock with less than a minute to get the free bottle. All it ask for was that you pay 5.95 for shipping and handling. Once I clicked on it another as popped up asking for you to buy pills on a trial base. I clicked out of it thinking nothing had went through. A few days later I received the bottle thinking it was free. Several days later they shared 79.00 to my account. They refused to reimburse my money. I called and spoke with supervisors. They didn't care that I would loose my home due to this charge I wasn't expecting . I offered to send it back they wouldn't take it.
I ordered the trial bottle for 5.95. One week after receiving it was charged 79.95. Called the customer service # and got someone that can't speak english. They argued with me stating that it was 5.95 for shipping and it was not cancelled in the 14 day trial period. No where did it give you the price of the stuff or how many days for trial. Apparently the trial begins the day you order and you have to return the bottle unopened for refund. Called my card company and reversed the charges only to have them recharge the card again.
They charged my card for 70.00 without permission, they didn't even tell me that I was gonna be entered into a club, these freaking gel caps make me feel horrible, something needs to be done!
Thought I would try the free trial offer for Pure CBD Tincture Hemp CBD oil ( pay shipping only for 5.95) distributed by Pure CBD , 500 N Rainbow blvd , ste 300 , Las Vegas NV. I could not find any info in the free trial offer thats said I would be charged 79.95 after 14 days, I cant even find the site again. Well my CC company gave me a heads up and they denied the payment due to potential fraud. I have them blocked but will need to monitor account dailey as they have my CC number and probably will attempt to steal again under another name. These people need to be stopped along with many more scam outfits out there. Hate to have to cancel CC but these thieves may force me to. I should have checked this site before impulse buying.

The product is descrubed as PURE CBD oil and Therapuetic.

It might as well be olive oil in a bottle.
They called me and asked me how I like it.....TWICE..... and TWICE I told them it was USELESS and to cancel it.
I wa still getting charged. And no one there can seem to hear me or understand me...and I cant understand them.
I asked them how much they have chargedme so far, and they hung up.
the same on the bottle is differnt then on the credit card reciept.

I just want the future oorders cancelled.
Thank you

NEVER GOT WHAT WAS ORDERED< CHARGED CREDIT CARD
They charged my credit card for a scam!
Ordered one CBS oil, did not sign up for auto, send, and charged me for it
Purchased CBD for pain. I was charged and shipped another bottle without me purchasing another. I was charged $69.
