DO NOT EVER ship your motorcycle/s with this company! They are crooks and liars, especially Andrew Von Eschen. Do not believe a word he says. I shipped three motorcycles from Hawaii to Utah; a 2014 Vintage Indian Chief, 2013 Bronze Edition Heritage Softail classic and a 2010 Honda Fury. ALL of these motorcycles had been garage kept and immaculately maintained and so, it made sense to pay approximately $2,000 extra to have my bikes "gently handled" and individually crated PER Mr. Von Eschen's sales pitch. These motorcycles left Honolulu, Hawaii spotless and in pristine condition. I WAS ASSURED by Andrew that the bikes would be inspected in San Diego and re-crated for transport to Utah and that, furthermore, they'd arrive in the condition in which THEY WERE SHIPPED! This did not happen. Our motorcycles arrived in Orem, Utah in a 20ft enclosed trailer, strapped down all together *not individually crated as pomised* and so dirty that one could write their names in the grime and dust! What exactly did I pay $4,500 for?! The driver parked on a busy street where there wasn't a place to wash the bikes *OBVIOUSLY!* or adequately inspect them for damage....which couldn't be discerned immediately due to the bikes' filthy condition. At any rate, I signed an IPad stating that I RECEIVED the motorcyles...that's it. No checklist as to their condition upon arrival and NO email receipt was provided either. My wife and I moved the motorcycles to another location for washing (within an hour of receiving) and that's when we discovered the damage to the Indian and Honda! The Indian's windshield was scratched up and the Honda had gouges and scratches throughout the body. In fact, there were gouges that someone had attempted to cover up with clear nail polish *scratched chrome* and painted areas on the frame. I contacted Elizabeth Adams @ Premier Motorcycle Transport within 2 hours of delivery and disclosed all the damage found. She listed documentation/repair quote to file a claim and I provided this information in a timely manner. The Honda's repair quote was $4,900 due to extensive cosmetic damage DUE TO THE BIKES BEING MISHANDLED and NOT being individually crated AS PROMISED! To make matters WORSE, this smoke and mirror company blew us off saying that it was no longer their problem....how convenient, especially since they can't seem to provide PROOF that the bikes were inspected in San Diego....why? BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T! Bottom line: We had no way of knowing the extent of damage sustained and reasonably couldn't be EXPECTED to make the driver wait while we took a couple hours to wash our bikes....really?! I reported the damage within 2 hours time which is more than reasonable. At any rate, we are now out the deductible to repair the Honda and paid extra $$$$ to HAVE OUR property DAMAGED. Don't use this company whatever you do!
This company quaranteed my motorcycle would be picked up on 1/7/2019. I received a call by the shipping company while in flight. Unable to reach them on the weekend. finally got in touch with a person from the shipping company and said since I did not return their call my motorcycle would not be picked up until 1/9/2019. The salesperson, Craig Erickson hounded me for weeks about shipping through them. I had my doubts about this company because of the reviews. He assured me that the reviews were because of the companies they used which is bull****! I was in a bind so I booked with them. BIG mistake. Haven't been able to contact them, no service support. Called at least 7 times with no return calls. Believe all the bad reviews about this company, they are true.
One other thing, they say you can chat with a rep on line on their web site. I looked and there is no such Live Chat to be found. All I can Say is
Before I booked, they couldn't call me back fast enough, once I paid I could not get anyone on the phone. I asked for delivery by April 23 at the latest. When the bike was picked up the invoice said estimated by May 1. This caused at lot of stress as I could not reach anyone at Premier. However, the actual company that picked the bike up, Haulbikes, was very good and told me where it was anytime I called. It was actually just delivered in under 2 weeks. Haul bikes quoted me 1200$ and Premier 845$ so if you are smart, when you get your quotes call haulbikes back and tell them to get their heads out their asses and make all the money. After taking the bid from Premier, Haulbikes probably ended with half their quote. The whole industry is shady but my bike arrived so stress relieved.
