Was lied to and cohoarsed into signing two different contracts. Wad to;d I would receive PERMANANT hair removal. Did not complete treatments. Still sufferring hair growth after paying over $3.000 to them, they closed without notice. Will not fulfill their own contract unless you drive two hours to a city where they are still running another rip-off laser spa!
I went to the Cincinnati location today for my appointment and found a letter in the door saying they are closed permanently and recommend I go to one over 2 hours away. They provided an 800 number and an email to address questions to. No one answers the phone and I've yet to hear back from the email I sent. Others who have gotten in contact are saying they refuse to issue refunds. This is fraud. You can't take money for services and then not provide them or tell the customers to drive unreasonable distances for treatment. Someone needs to start a class action against this place.
