We are writing to inform EVERYONE here that encounters this company to tread with caution, as the company owner is a scammer who ripped my good-faith advertising firm off for $1,100 via PayPal.
The owner, Emil Gasimov, contacted our company and asked if we could run advertising for his iPhone repair company in July. We obliged and decided to work with him, and despite us being one of the best advertising agencies around, we even agreed to lower the price substantially as Emil indicated that he could not afford the higher prices that we charge. Being the company we are, we decided to take his business on.
Early in the campaign, we decided to credit Emil a few hundred ad credits, meaning more advertising. We have been successfully running his campaign, generating him hundreds of calls for over 60 days, and as the campaign is now nearing its completion, Emil has decided to file a false chargeback with PayPal for the full amount of $1,100.
Of course we have legal council, a great PayPal reputation, and more to help us through this situation, but we wanted to make sure that this doesnt happen again to any other service providers who might work with this company.
If anyone else has a similar experience, please feel free to post or update this page. We are currently in the initial process of re-disputing and proving to PayPal services rendered, in addition to contacting the local police, and consulting with legal council to make sure that we get judgement on this company.
I will be updating this rip-off-report as more details transpire.
