Except for one thing Perfect Money offer you no protection to your funds should they fall into the scammers hands ,None at all so a bit advice from me dont use them if you are in any doubt about the whereabouts of the scammer.
They do infact facilitate the use of their payment site for illegal persons or companies to move their funds around the internet .
So take it from me who was scammed on their website by another PERFECT MONEY ACCOUNT HOLDER They wont do jack s**t to help you retrieve the funds stolen from you unlike VISA OR MASTERCARD OR PAYPAL WHO ACTUALLY COVER YOU UP TO A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND WILL REFUND YOUR LOSS WHILE THEY INVESTIGATE . Perfect Money dont want to kmow they quote paragraphs from their website stating they offer no help in retrieving money stolen from you .
So my advice would be to steer clear of anyone who facilitates and moves funds around the internet for scammers to function with out any comeback .
Use a credit/debit card where you can and dont go anywhere near this company as if you lose your money their reply is call the local Police station and file a report their.
