Ordered 14 day free trial for Perfect Age Skin Care. Received product 10 days after ordering. Called them, they extended the trial date. Called them before the experiation date to cancel.
When I received my credit card statement, there were 2 charges. ($87.63 each) Called again, they advised I also needed to call Biofine to cancel the order. Biofine adv they had already sent out another order (the 2nd charge on my card). They would credit my account $21.90 on the first order.
I told them I was sending ALL the products back. They did not need to credit my account.
My credit account company has credited my account the 2 $87.63 charges. They also credited my account the $21.90 charge, but they say I was credited this amount twice. So they have added this amount back to my account (which I now need to pay for something I do not have).
Why was I not told on the first call to Perfect Age that was another number I needed to call to cancel (nothing on the original order form on line of another company name).
