This company never provided any services or products or mailings and information for their supposed buyers club. Howerver, they did continue to charge my credit card $38.60 per month without authorization. They received the card number for a small flashlight that was ordered and subsequently cancelled as my research showed the light to be less than satisfactory. Again, no serives or products or written matereals were ever offored or received.
Upon discovering these charges I immedialtly cancelled the billing from their service provider Click Bank and also put a stop to them with my credit card company. In multiple conversations with NGOA they also would only refund the latest 3 months charges. I was willing to negotiate for only 1/2 of the billed charges, but the NGOA director Miki would not do that and refused any other offers.
With no services provided and without my agreement for continued billing I call this company a Rip-Off.
Check your monthly credit card statements closely because the bill only comes as a simple number.
I paid for a Life Memmbership with the promise of receiving a Diamondback 9mm semi-automatic pistol. In anticipation of it I went out and purchased 500 rounds of 9mm ammo to sight the pistol in with and to have spare rounds on supply. When I paid off my membership, without notifying me they instead shipped me a Ruger .380 LCP pistol. I called and emaled them with a copy of what they said I would receive and on my first correspondence they said a supervisor would handle the issue the next day. That was 3 weeks and 2 unanswered requests ago!
Click on Free Gun Oil and pay for ever without a reason. A 20 dollar purchase of a towell and 4 one ounce bottles of a gun oil results in monthly charges to your credit card, pay pal account or bank of 38 dollars and change. After many calls I got to a call center that did not identify itself as The National Gun Owners Association but did recognize me as being charged for a membership that would allow me to buy products from NGOA at a discount. Since all NGOA seems to do is pray on trusting vendors that want to sell thier product in large numbers to trusting individuals that want to buy some gun oil, a flash light or some targets and procede to let themselves hide behind a veil of other companies to take money for non existant services. I was able to stop future deductions from my pay pal by contacting them however PayPal has told me that since it is a subscription (no place in the ads is that revealed) they could not aid me in a refund and i was to contact the vendor listed on the bill as ClickBank in contacting them they told me that they just process the billing and I should contact the vendor Wolf Oil. Mike at Worlf told me that he sold the product to NGOA and had lost of calls but didnt know what was going on. I have meade calls to all of the numbers on receipts and have been told i will receive a refund for the payments for the "subscription". I will wait and see
I purchased a flashlight from these people which did not live up to its performance as advertised. i have not been able to speak to them to determine how i can return the product for credit. they do not answer the phone and have you hold and ask to leave a message which i did and they never returned the call. I think this company is ripping people off by false advertising, selling an inferior product and then making impossible to return the product for credit.
While most of the purchases were delivered without an issue, there were about 6 orders that were true Chinese fire-drill fusterclucks. What I mean is that the order was never shipped to NGOA and there were no notifications to me. I would have to call them to ask about those orders and tell them they needed to get off their butts, provide some customer service, find the products I ordered, and ship them to my FFL. I was them met with excuse after excuse: "we're short of office help", "we've tried to contact the distributer", and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told the customer service rep was the manager. That caused me to laugh out loud and I said "you've got to be kidding me." This reminded me of "F-Troop", a TV comedy show about a fort full of 1880s calvary screw-ups. NGOA clearly doesn't have their sh*t in one sock. They can't even find a sock.
Also, their prices and policies have gone into the toilet since Nov 18. I attempted to price-match a $203 SCCY from Buds Gun Shop against NGOA's $265 SCCY pistol. These weapons were exactly the same, the same SKU. Best NGOA would do was $255. Not a very good price-match. I'll drop them come March 2019. I'll pay a few dollars more from Buds to eliminate the stupidity and hassle from NGOA.
I signed up for their 14 day pilot program for $1.9 and they took out $199.00 12 days later. I have no idea what would cost 199 dollars. I am going to phone them tomorrow and try to get my money back.
Ordered a Tatical Flashlight on 12/27/15- paid for with credit card, was told it would take 2 weeks. Received confirmation of order and credit card charge within less than one hour after order.
Read a report on internet that the company has has complaints of never filling orders.
Sent email on Jan. 1st asking for an order number, notification when order when shipped, and tracking number be sent.
No response.
01/02 -- Several phone calls made and was only able to leave message, even when following prompts on phone to speak with a costomer service represenative. After about the 15th call was transfered to a "live person" and was told my order would be processed on the 11th and I should receive my order by th 15th. I spoke with Liz.
01/15 called again, spoke with a male Erin, was told the same story, behind on orders and my order would be shipped out on the 18th, No order received.
01/22 called again spoke with female (unable to understand her name), but was informed of the same story, behind on orders. I asked to speak with a supervisor - who was to busy to come to the phone and was told that he would email me.
Called again same day, spoke with Christopher, he asked if I was calling to complain about not receiving my order to which I answered - no, I was calling to cancel my order. Confirmation number of canceled order was 455598 and was told it would take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on credit card.
I have read offers on the internet offering the same product for considerable less price and with more accessories- from retuable companies with good histories of excellent costomer service.

I ordered a 2 for one flashlight product which was charged to my Discover credit card.
The company sent 1 (ONE) flashlight, but never the second one.
The comany also charged an extra amount for an item with the EXACT same part number with no other explanation.
Cannot contact via only phone number found. It answers but goes to hold with no subsequent answer by person.

I ordered some g700 flashlights amonth ago. I have not received my order.
The person I talked to said they were flooded over the hollidays. They claimed that was the reason my delivery was so late.
