I ordered 2 sample products for $4.95 S&H. I never opened them. Found a charge for $94.83 & one for $93.89 on my bank account, which I never authorized. I called the company & spoke with a guy named Irvin & told him that I did not agree to those charges. He said it was under terms & conditions in small print. I told him I wanted my money refunded. He first offered me a 50% discount. But I told him I didn’t want his product. He said if I sent back the unopened product he would refund my money. I’m sending it back, but I’m not holding my breath. I did get an email that they cancelled further shipments. Apparently, they were going to send it to me every month & charge me.
they are taking money out of my account and i havent ordered anything. I would call that theft.

Iwas also scammed. I ordered the "free" sample for $4.95 shipping and hhandling and another item for $1.99.
This is larceny. I ordered on the MSN homepage so I thought it was legit. No where in the ad were there any stipulations or subscription details. I happened to be checking my credit card statement online and discovered a $94.95 Charge. What a shock. I have notified the card co. and they told me to call the company to get my money back. If not they will cancel the payment. I am also planning to call my state's Atty. General's office and file a complaint. I recommend all others do the same.
Thief
I ordered my sample by television and was not told about the auto shipment and amount I would be charged. Well I also got charged $75.11, $94.95, and $93.89 on my checking account. I have tried calling the company and texting their support online- which says they are open 24/7. Guess what? I never got to talk to anyone but was disconnected after the first ring. Now what do I do to get my money back and stop further charges?
