They have lied to me about the price and every time I have the machine collaborated the price goes up.
I agreed to $86.67 once a month not every 14 days and was also quoted $40 once every 2 months for the calibration.
They made me come in every month and charged me $141, $121 and $233 not the $40 I was quoted.
They said they contacted me and explained that I had to make payment arrangements and they also claimedthat they explained their billing to me. That is a bold face lie.
I haven't heard a word from their accounting department even though I was suppose receive an email from them about fixing the over charges by 6/30/2023 but to date haven't received anything.
You cannot get anyone on the phone when you call. I was on hold waiting for over 7 hours and never got to speak to anyone about how much they are charging me.
They never call you back when you leave a million messages to be called back.
Now my car is going to be locked out tonight @7:17 pm because they will no doubt not call me back today so I can get the device callebrated.
They have it noted to not service my car. So now what do I do? I can't afford to tow the car to the shop and it's the only vehicle we have.
Now my husband will be locked out of his car because this company is a bunch of lying thieving creaps.
I am so pissed that I went with this company. Its been a nightmare from the beginning and no one is holding them accountable.
I want their stupid machine out of my car.

This is the second time this month that I have had to pay $52.65 to have my auto reset from lock out mode due to false positives from the interlock in my car and today when I had it reset, I didn't even make it a full block from the service location before it gave me another false positive so I drove right back to Lifesafer on Oak Lake Blvd to have them reset it again. My original appointment time was at 3:30 and it is now 6:02 pm. The initial unit worked fine but when they installed a new unit with a camera in the car, I have had to come to Lifesafer once and sometimes twice a week on my dime and my time. I realize this is a result of my own actions but I don't feel that I should have to pay over $100 a month and then be charged $53.65 twice a month as well. I'm a realtor but cannot work under these circumstances. I am done at this point and once the system is reset am parking the vehicle until a resolution is set forth or the unit comes off the car.
