Leslie Moonves Cover Up A whistle blower reported to CBS CEO Leslie Moonves about cbs guest relations harassment. The report explains that a Facebook group was being moderated by individuals including but not limited to Ashley Filipeck who were using the group to slander cbs employees and trade work hours amongst friends in order to corner the market for a part time position in the CBS Page Program. The group was used as a forum for cbs staff - mostly cbs pages - to write complaints and trade hours and slander cbs staff. Some of the complaints also consisted of the treatment of cbs management not providing adequate wages or legitimate promotions within the company including minorities e.g. black people including numerous other issues. When the whistle blower reported the group to Karen Winchell - manager of CBS guest relations - Human Resources claimed to "investigate it.”
Afterwards, Ashley Filipeck - Facebook group admin - retaliated toward the whistle blower by creating a false harassment charge prompting Kevin hall - cbs security - to interrogate the whistle blower over the phone and attempt to coerce a false confession. During the process of the interrogation and "investigation” Kevin Hall would gaslight the whistle blower and make Semitic remarks claiming to have worked for the Jewish federation in order to intimidate the whistle blower for being Jewish. The whistle blower reported the incident to Human Resources - specifically Rachel Silver who covered up the incident on behalf of Karen Winchell’s request in order to avoid any liability and publicity. The evidence that was provided e.g. Facebook transcripts and messages - that were submitted to HR were buried along with the rest of the report. After the incident occurred; a report was filed with the eeoc. When the whistle blower reached out to Leslie Moonves to inform him that guest relations, security and Human Resources participated in retaliation, the report was eventually discarded in a cover up.
