AS i mentioned that on of my client purchased the Magento Market Place Extension and other theme with other extension. But the extesnion and the theme not compitable with the magento's new version and they took more then month to upgrade that but still have many issues with the functionality and if i generate tickets for help they did not give reply for days like 3-4 and more then this.
