I ordered a swimmer lamp for my 10-year-old niece on 11/26/18 as a Christmas gift. The Lampeez website said I would have my lamp in 7 - 10 days.
Three weeks later, I contacted them to ask where my lamp was. I then received a fraudulent email from USPS that said USPS had deemed my lamp undeliverable with no further detail.
One week later (on Christmas Eve) a wine lover's lamp arrived.
When I contacted Lampeez customer service for a refund, they were so slow with their response that I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company.
When Lampeez finally responded, they asked me to send back the wine lamp, and only upon its receipt would they refund my money.
Since I had already filed the dispute, I mailed the lamp back. What am I going to do with a wine lover's lamp for a 10-year-old anyway?
Lampeez refunded my money MINUS shipping. Unacceptable. I told them I needed the shipping charge refunded and their response was, "We were willing to ship you the lamp you ordered."
Not only did they not communicate this to me at any point previously, but why would I want the lamp after all that headache?
Lastly, not once did they ever apologize or take ownership for the travesty of an experience I had.
As a side note, my mother-in-law ordered a lamp from Lampeez on 11/25/18 as a Christmas gift for my son, and it arrived after a month as well - too late for her to give it to him for Christmas.
This is a terrible company with horrible customer service that should not be in business. They should be investigated for fraudulent claims and for sending fraudulent emails posing as the USPS.
I have ordered 2 lamps as Christmas gifts for my parents and brother. The same exact item is sold on Amazon for half the price but the delivery date is Dec 29 so I have purchased from Lampeez for a very much higher price just to have in before Christmas as they guaranteed and promised to deliver it before Christmas. I have contacted customer support to track the package but they were rude and was not helpful. I still haven't received my order until today. I hope this company will close and get reported by all the victims!
Ordered lamps before discovering the same lamps sell elsewhere for less than half the price. The lamps never came. They never sent a tracking number, which should have been a warning sign. Out almost $200 due to the scam.

On January 27, 2017, BBB notified Glow Fanatics that BBB has been unable to locate an active business registration authorizing Glow Fanatics to do business in Texas. BBB requested the business verify Glow Fanatics' legal authority to conduct business in Texas. As well, after a review of BBB complaints, consumers have suggested that Glow Fanatics may have some relationship with Lampeez. On January 27, 2017, BBB requested Glow Fanatic provide a detailed description of its affiliation, if any, with Lampeez, including, but not limited to, a detailed description of the company's past and current managerial affiliation and the operational relationship. As of March 2, 2017, Glow Fanatics has failed to respond.
Lampeez offered a novelty lamp that I thought would make a good Christmas gift for my wife. They GUARANTEED delivery prior to Christmas. They lied. I tried to contact the company, and patiently waited on hold for an hour and a ahlf, and then......nothing. No one even answers the phone. I felt like a stupid shmuck for dealing with them. I hope to prevent others from making the same mistake as I did.
