Turned in the truck voluntarily because I wasn't making any money or at least not what an "owner operator/lease operator" should be making. It was a recovery vehicle I flew to San Bernadino to pick up and was full of problems that I could never get fixed even though I reported and complained about. 1 big issue was I could open the refrigerator so I never used it. Fast forward 45 days after I turned the truck in at their home terminal in Sapulpa, OK it has a list of repairs it needed. Most claiming wrong part installed. Well I say to that, I went where I was told to go or towed to for repairs. I has no choice in the matter. So if "wrong parts" were installed that's between JCT, Rush Truck Center and the Petro. Instead it came out of my maintenance fund. But even that wasn't enough. They seem to think they are entitled to an addition amount close to 3000.00. Let's see what my lawyers have to say about that. Do yourself a favor. Stay away.. Do not believe what these JCT drivers are telling you out on the road. They are only trying to get referral bonuses, I-pads and Truck payments made through JCT'S bonus program. You will not make money. You deadhead and sit waiting at Tyson and JBS more than you do moving loads. By the way, you don't get layover pay. You have been warned. Unless you like taking it up the rear with no vaseline, I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I have been with several Trucking companies over my 17 yr driving career and have never felt the need to post anything about any of them, so that should tell you alot right there. There is nothing good that can come from signing a JCT lease, I don't care what any of their drivers tell you.
I've been working for john christner trucking for over a year. I can tell you that the reports I've read about the company are true and acurate. I've takin multiple tyson loads and have noticed on the paperwork the miles john christner was getting paid I've also noticed that the drivers are being shorted miles we are told one thing they do another. You are not a independent contractor you are a glorified company driver paying there truck payments. I was forced into getting a new truck and was told there doing away with the older trucks. I asked them if my money I had put in my older truck would transfer to new truck was told yes. Once I sighned new contract I asked how much money transfered to truck they told me none as to I owed more than what truck was worth.
Ive spoke to shannon crowley and have to say he's a heartless a hole . Once again tell you one thing do another . I was recently involved in a wreck not my fault sustained serious injuries.I've tried to talk to john christner with no response I also tried to get truck insurance info was told no that it was none of my buisness thank you mister a hole shannon crowley . People they came to my house towed my truck and kept all my money and will not call me back. I've tried to reach them over and over. They are worthless conartist out to screw you out if your money . I was told I could return but hell no I've been sucked dry from these criminals two many times now and have to wsrn you to stay the hell away from them.
To Begin with I went to work for this company thinking i had finally found a honest trucking company was i ever wrong.

and had the drivers need in mind and i fell hook line and sinker first getting home was a fight every month no matter where i was they would lie manipulate and try deception to get me to stay out longer
then 2 load planners who have been there a long time got a Bee in there shorts when i had warned them i would have to have another driver cover a load as i did not have enough hours to make it to delivary and i had told them from the begining
they then tried to get me fired but my DM stopped it they then tried it again 4 wks later my DM stopped it again
then while my DM was on vacation this last week they set me up with a load that was already running late blamed me and had me brought in and fired when i talked with and this is a familar name John Mallory he said what they wanted they got
this was nothing more then a way to rip me off of all my payments ive made telling me i can come back in 90n days but i get no credit for all the payments ive made and i have to start from scratch
If your thinking of going to work here turn around and Run dont walk these people are thieves from front to back hiding under lose contract terms that bind you not them im making it my mission in life to see this company goes under some other names to mention in this report for theyre dishonesty and outright being a bunch of theives
