They file a corportation in Nevada and Texas , but if you look them up its like they changed up info so much to keep from being sued. Several other drivers and myself worked for this company and the pay was suppose to be every Monday, but it was always late 3 or 4 days if your lucky. One driver at a time they would just stop paying you, and this is like 5k-6k that they would owe you. But they kept hiring new driver to do this too.
Pay day comes around and they would never answer the phone. Every week a differnt excuse, one was that Quickbooks was holding you money for 30 days, another excuse was that the big fortune 500 company that they contracted with had not paid them. This is a bad company with no intergrity or morals, please beware. They treat Owner Operator very poorly after they hire you on, and have the nerve to charge the drivers 20% per pay period, thats worse than paying a gangster thug. This company should be stripped of there USDOT and MC number for operating in this manner. There corporate charter looks a mess, surprise the state hasnt investigated them.
The owner made the statement that he dont care about the drivers , that he would stop paying everyone, fire them and close business and start a new one.
