Purchased watch online in April, 2020. Initially told, in writing, that watch would ship in May 2020. May . . . June . . . July came and went still no watch. Started asking for a rund in August and won't give me one. Now coming into September and no watch and no refund. Literally the definition of stealing.

Be aware of the following:
I ordered watch, model - Automatic Bomber from Kickstarter campaign. After getting the watch, it stops in a few days. Inspection through the display back revealed loose bolt stuck in the balance wheel. After few messages with Nadim (brand owner), he asked to send it back for repair. Everything seemed okay, so I sent the watch for repair/replacement 5 Dec 2018. After that I've asked many times for update and got only one nonsense response from the customer support. In that response they suggested me to try to wind it because automatic watch can stop!
But it has already been agreed and sent for repair!
That was the last thing I've heard from them!!! I commented (politely) on their facebook page, asking when they going to fix my watch.
They deleted my comments and gave NO RESPONSE neither in public nor in pm or email.
Customer support is complete disappointment.
I ended up with NO WATCH and NO MONEY BACK!!!
After that I've got to know that there are more ppl had problems with them! A few links below:
