Dylan Brown came to my home and diagnosed the problem with the washer. He said he needed the money for the part and labor. I had used the Whirlpool referral number so I trusted him.
After repeated calls and three weeks later he said he could not get the part and I said then send me a refund. He no longer responds.
Just another scam artist. Very bad guy. I wish I had not let him in my home.
Dylan Brown was assigned to work with us through Appliance HD. He was scheduled to show up on 4/6/2020. He was late. Contacted him later in the afternoon and he informed us he would have to reschedule for 4/7/2020. On 4/7/2020 he arrived at the house to repair the refrigerator which was leaking. I had turned the water off when the leak was noticed on 4/4/2020.
Dylan Brown charged us $255.41 for the repairs. He was gone for less than 1/2 hour and the water was leaking all over the floor again. I called him and he stated that he'd be back immediately. At 5:30pm that evening I contacted him and told him how disappointed I was in his service and communication. He ignored me at first then stated he'd be out again the next day to fix it. I was so distraught and angry that I told him he was a major disappointment and I did not want him in my house again. $255.41 and only worked on the fridge for less than 1/2 hour. He is a terrible person .. doesn't know what he is doing and is happy to take your money, cash the check immediately and not do one satisfactory repair.
We do not recommend this man to do any type of repairs.
I also contacted the Appliance HD company to complain and they sent me to a website to write a review. I got to the website and there was NO option to report anyone.
