Dr. Sofa was hired to assemble a sofa in my home. The workers for this company damaged my home and property and did not know what they were doing. Dr. Sofa was made aware of the damage and given MANY chances to make things right. They did not follow through on anything. This is a dishonest firm with no customer service skills at all. The damage to my home as a result of Dr. Sofa was fully photographed, yet managers for the company kept giving me the run around over and over again. Nobody cares at Dr. Sofa. A complete joke of a company!
