There was NO MENTION of "returning unsued portion if not completely satisfied". My Bank Account was charged $96.00 without my knowledge. When I contacted the company, I was told that nothing could be done about the charge. "I waited too long". I am on Social Security and EVERY DOLLAR IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I tried to get that across to the customer care associate, but he HUNG UP ON ME.
I received an e-mail from "Dr. OZ" recommending this product. I should have known better.
I ordered the "Free Trial" for the cost of shipping which was $4.95.
I received the bottle containing of 60 capsules of Pure Weight Loss Garcinia Cambogia, and an e-mail
stating thanking me for my order. It indicated that it was a "30 day supply 15 Day Trial".
No where did it indicate that if I was NOT completely satisfied with the product, I should return the unsued
portion for a complete refund. This was my BIG mistake.
I reviewed my Bank Statement today 9/30, and was shocked to find that $96.00 was removed from my
account. I called the company at the number listed on the bottle - 1-855-480-5027.
I explained to the indignant person that I could return the remainder of the pills, and to please credit my
bank account the $96.00. He said that the 15 day trial was over and that NOTHING can be done. I asked to
speak to a supervisor but he refused to transfer me. I explained that I was on Social Security and that EVERY
dollar was important to me. Didn't make any difference, and he disconnected the call.
I recieved a trial offer of Garcinia Cambogia for filling out a survey. I just had to pay the shipping and handling. When I clicked pay I got a long disclaimer that I read the first page of and it was the usual diet supplement disclaimer, so I did not read the whole thing. What I did not know was that it was MORE than just a disclaimer it was a "I promise to buy ______ for $89.95 each month" offer in the "fine print". So when I clicked I agree to the disclaimer, they took it as an agreement to the offer also.
I was offered this free trial by doing a survey, put in all my card information for the $4.95 shipping charge when I realized this was one of those subscriptions of "we will charge you full amount if you don't cancel in time" I completely backed out of the website WITHOUT placing the order, but they still charged me the $4.95 and then 2 weeks later the $89.95, even though I did not follow through with the order completion process. When I called, the representative was rude and kept interrupting me and would not let me speak. She kept saying there is nothing they could do, there were no supervisors available to speak to, they will tell me the same thing, blah blah blah. She wouldn't even give me a name of a supervisor or another number to contact them, then preceded to hang up on me!!! I will be reporting it as fraudulent activity on my bank account.
