The management of this company are unethical people. The contacted me and my family and friends pretending to be a debt collector after I had completed paying a garnishment. Unfortunately, the slipped up and did not call one of my friends anonymously. The phone number appeared on this person's phone. He let me copy the number and gave me the reference id to call them back.
When I did, the message stated that I had reached a number reserved for Dialog Direct customer accounts.
I discussed the matter with my supervisor and had her call the number. Afterwards, the calls stopped.
I started working for this company 9/19 til 9/27 and was only paid for the 19th when I called to fix it they took down all my information..I was unable to log in to clock in for a week so I Filled out a time sheet which was given to the manager so I could make sure I get paid for my work. My first check comes and it's only $80 after give her my information I wait 2 weeks for the next pay date My checks was $60 dollars..
I called again and Talked to a new manager she said the problem would get took care of and she would call me back! Guess what she never called! I contacted her again just for her to ask me the same question she did last time which would lead to that she never email payroll or tried to fix anything!!! I then tried to go above her but they didn't answer I left a voicemail and have not been contacted!!! Don't work for these people you will work & they will give you the run around when it's time to pay your for the hours you put it in!!
