This is one of those nightmare purchases from a reseller that does not have stock on hand. I learned they just take your money and put an order in to Serta to make the mattress I ordered. Serta is responsible for shipping it to my house, they say. Serta does not reply for warranty or delivery questions so you always have to phone dealbeds to update. They do the absolute minimum and seem to repeatedly get it wrong.
The delivery company Serta used is XPO Logistics, and that company does not do white glove service at all as stated on dealbeds website. They dumped a mattress in my house asking that I stay away while they were there due to Covid. I complied only to learn the mattress they delivered once I unpacked it was labeled for a different buyer name, different address, and it was not the mattress I ordered. The delivered mattress is a cheaper Serta mattress. I have phoned dealbeds about 10 times now. I also used their messaging which they do not reply to, so you almost always have to phone and wait on hold. I took all the photos of delivery tag, mattress tags, etc., they required and sent to dealbeds so they can forward to Serta promising they would send replacement.
Okay, more phoning and still no replacement. Customer service said the factory does not have the materials to make the mattress I ordered. I asked if I could cancel the order, and they said it would cost me $200 of my refund to cancel even though I was not returning but never received the correct mattress. What do I do now? They are a rip off company because they hold your money captive while Serta can't be reached for warranty or other issues at all. US Mattress Depot hides behind this rip off company. I should have headed the many reports to Florida Better Business Bureau about non-delivered mattresses from dealbeds.com.
