Not what the others are saying. Credit MRI changed my life!

I started without paying one cent to Credit MRI upfront. The same promise they made all these other reviewers was made to me by both the rep I dealt with and the CEO Barry. When I started in November of 2019 my credit scores were in the low 500's due to a nasty divorce leaving me holding a ton of debt from both my ex and I's life items. Today I check my monitoring service (Identity IQ. Which I might and is the only thing I paid for first but no relation to Credit MRI this is to validate any updates on my credit bureaus independently. They told me that I'd pay for this service upfront which was $1 for the first 7 days and then $21.95 ea month after) and to finish that thought, my scores are 701, 709, and 712 and in Jan I purchased a used vehicle with their help...it was a $35,000 loan with already a 100 point increase since I started with them only 2 months prior. In the first 90 days they were able to remove about 90% of all the negative items and even help me get a loan with a dealership that they worked with who referred me to them. Today I'm on my way to buying my first home ever and the CEO personally has helped me with getting 103% advance for the purchase of this home. Barry and the Credit MRI team are LIFE CHANGERS!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you.

I dealt with credit mri for my credit repair needs a about a year a go or so.. I read the not so great reviews about them on line but decided to give them a shot non the less.. They advertise that they wont take any money from you unless theyre successful in removing things from your report.. Further more they only charge on the items that are actually removed. i figured hey i would give it a shot. After calling credit mri and speaking with one of the reps they assured me that if an item was removed it wouldnt returned to my report but if it had that they would address it. So sure enough after a few months of removal of some items from my report they were actually replaced on my report by the same agency. I tried to contact mri for 6 months about the return acount that was removed and no response.. no return calls or emails.. Finally about a week or so ago i finally was able to reach some one from credit mri and i explained to him what was going on. This guy then proceeds to read me notes from my old account and tells me that they wont honor what they said they would do bc the previous rep i dealt with said she didnt like me bc i talked to fast and didt want to work with me.. yep seriously cant make this up.. I proceeded to tell him i would write a negative review if that was the case.. He tells me that he culd have the owner contact me and of course as of a week or 2 later still no contact.. All in all i wouldnt recomend these people to any one i know.. i dont wanna work with this company ever again but i feel like they should honor what i already paid for.

Hello,

I signed up with CreditMRI with hopes of finding a company that would help me without ripping me off. Barry the CEO of the company contacted me and made it sound so GREAT and convince me to sign up with their company. He said I wouldn't be charged for anything untill things started coming off my report and first would be invoice. That in 30 days when the new letters were due he would be in contact with me. Well been 60 days and I am yet to hear from him. He never, ever answers his cell or business phone. No one in his office answers the phones or calls you back. I send dozens of emails and no one reaches out to me. Then they signed me up with ProCredit to monitor my credit and to be able to pull credit reports when changes have been made. Well their company is a scam as well and never update the reports, their customer service pretends not to hear you and hangs up the phone. They claim they are a billing system and can not help with technical support. When you try to cancel the membership because they charge you $19.99 a month, they tell you to concat ProCredit but there is no number available. I have tried over and over for CreditMRI to help me and some person name Onolee Hickey emails me that my card is declined. But she won't answer me as far as what they are trying to charge me for, why they are charging me since nothing has been fixed in my accoung. I asked her multiple times to call me and she ignores my emails and just sends me the same email daily that my card is declined. Do not go with this company they are scammers!!! Find a local company that you can actually speak to someone face to face and that are reachable by phone. I had to cancel my bank cards in order to get them to stop charging me.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

After speaking with 2 reps from this SO CALLED company I was asked to send in my ID and provide a card over the phone, later to be asked to TAKE A PICTURE OF THE CARD.This through me for a loop and didn't seem logical. Normally providing the card details over the phone and my ID were expected but to ask for a picture....seems like a scam. I then still send in the information to this gentlemen named CHRIS THOMAS in Florida. He consistently asked for one thing after another, after another, after another. Finally I'm annoyed at this point. He states my CREDIT CARD is not good enough, send ANOTHER CARD.... take a picture. I asked my husband for another card, then Chris asked for an email from him stating I had permission to use it which was sent to him via email with ANOTHER PICTURE,yet again. Chris states that was all I needed to begin the process earlier. Then a few minutes later he calls and asked for all of my husbands information

TOTAL SCAM!!! When I declined going further I informed Chris I was no longer interested,and thank you. I then disconnected the call. Chris phones back and says in a very brash tone" WITH YOUR CREDIT REPORT I'M SKEPTICAL OF YOU TOO and hangs up on me. I thought this definitely can't be a legit company. When I contacted another representative asking for a manager OF COURSE that wasn't an option. DON'T deal with this FAKE ESTABLISHMENT let alone send them your information. RED FLAGS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!!
