My name is Teresa Dunlap I paid for a Life time Membership from this company called Creative Home Arts Club. My Charter number is RESV A350820 since 2004 my Member NO is 10037104. I tried to send you the pic of my reciept and membership card but it won't let me do that. I paid $336.00 total for this membership in 2004. I never once recieved anything from this companay I would like to have a refund as I could use this money to pay my bills.
I paid $300 for a lifetime membership and have not received items that were promised or magazines.

I have tried going to the website and it appears that it is no longer valid. I would like a refund for not receiving items that were promised and website that is no longer valid.
