They've ignored me with my emails for quite some time now. My software worked for a week and then stopped.
Their excuse was:: You need to upgrade. I would've loved to upgrade, but the price was now double.

Corell - One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Exactly a day after my purchase they asked me if I wanted to upgrade. This comes the day after my question to them " is this the latest software?" to which they never replied. Now, the software doesn't work with Windows 7. They have horrible communication skills and are the worst in returning your messages.
Corel marketed Dazzle Fusion and now has quit supporting the software! They said that the best that they could was to give me a small discount if I repurchased the exact product with a new name! I had cancer and several surveries and am now retired because of that and even if no health issues, this is still a ripoff!
QuattroPro X8, unable to create Pie Charts showing both values and labels. Corel admited there is a defect in their programing. Then we found that QuattroPro X7 has the same problem.
QuattroPro X3, running on Windows XP Professional, works fine, including on Pie Charts.
WordPerfect Office has many fine qualities, better, in our opinion, than Excel and MiroSoft Word,
Corel's Presentations softward is MUCH better that PowerPoint, when it comes to creating organization Charts
And Corel's customer support, in my opinion, stinks. This refers to Corel support ticket #3763983 filed on 8/01/2016

3 and a half weeks without this, in my opinion, is unacceptable, particularly since the same problem exists in QuattroPro X7.
Corel was given 23 hours warning, had 23 hours to contact us and arrange to resolve this issue.
After I file this report, I will write and mail a letter to Corel CEO Patrick Nichols
Our hope is that Corel will correct this flaw, and to show appreciation for a customer trying to help them de-bug their software, give us a network lifetime licence for WordPerfect Office Professional. That seems fair, considering the time and energy this problem has cost us.
