A lot of damage and so much of my previous goods missing including boxes of clothing even my precious bible that I have had since I was 18 has reduced me to tears. 2 clear plastic bedding bags with brand new M&S pillows etc still in M&S packaging stolen but used pillows delivered HOW ODD!!!!. These companies obviously employ thieves. Wine in boxes stolen Chinese silk prints stolen Radio alarm clock hair dryer the list is endless.
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL HAVE DAMAGED POSESSIONS AND LOTS STOLEN.
I contracted Coopers removals to pack and load my house hold goods fromSpain. I was not present for packing unfortunately as when the goods arrived at customs station for inspection in Sydney I found goods loaded ontop of other goods that should not have been. Immediate breakages were evident. Boxes crushed and obvious broken goods in boxes that were raified once I got the goods home and started unpacking. Goods not wrapped at all or wrapped in plastic bags. Broken glasses, vases, candle holders, scratcheson furniture. Missing legs. mit was an absolute disgrace
I attempted to claim from their iNsurance who would not listen at all and told me to claim on Coopers Public Liability Insurance. Coopers refused to respond to emails. I know they received the emails as I have an emails tracking system.
