I could not download the certificate and discovered this certificate is not recognized in my state. the fact that it is not accepted in my state was not revealed prior to video and payment. Warning! This company should be put out of business my next complaint is to The Better Business Bureau and then the Secretary of State for Georgia. The advertising leads you to belive you are going to get a permit to carry a concealed weapon when in truth you think your filling out the application only to find out it's a generic test to see if your mentally capable of carrying a firearm. You are instructed to wait for 15 minutes while your certificate is completed. While you are waiting the funds are drafted from your account. I live in GA which is on the application I submitted. I found out GA does NOT RECOGNIZE the certificate. I called the contact number and an employee told me that my money cannot be refunded and to contact the Better Business Bureau and hung up on me. False advertising and it should be illegal.

Unless you first dig into the fine print you may nor realize that the certificate that they give isn't good for anything. It's only after you pay them that they then continue to tell you that Virginia requires a $100 fee and that you must send them a fingerprint card which cost additional money and time. They should clearly post up front all costs and procedures involved before they require you to make you put a charge on your credit card. When I inquired about a refund they said that there refund policy clearly states refunds are not given except in special cases where Virginia denies giving you a concealed carry permit. Again you have to dig to find this information. I consider their advertising and business practices to be deceptive.

I took the online course, was sent my certificate along with a Virginia State Police Application, a checklist of required steps to send in my application. Having fullfilled everything but a set of fingerprints from my local sherriffs office, I made an appointment to have them done, but was informed that I needed a Form FD-258 from the Virginia State Police. I then called Concealedonline and was told that they didn't have that form and that I would have to contact them. I tried calling the Virginia State Police but was unable to speak to anyone but a voice mail, so I sent them an email requesting a complete application package (including the form FD-258). Had I contacted Virginia first, I could have gotten all of the necessary paperwork free of charge. Now I'll have to wait weeks (if indeed they indeed respond) to get the appropriate paperwork. In the meantime, I discovered that they have over the last three billing periods charged my credit card for an addition $76.00 that I did NOT authorize. If I do ever receive my permit (and at this point, I don't even know if the certificate they sent me is valid, it will have cost me much more money and, of course, a substantial delay in completing my application. I would not recommend anyone using their services and am of the firm belief that it is a scam. they promised a painless solution to obtaining a Concealed Handgun Permit, but with the lack of follow through on the part of their Customer Support, it has become a painful and expensive solution.

I think it is a ripoff. I registered for my wife to get the license and when we got the certificate it had my name on it. Also,it does not tell you that this is a Virginia license until after you have paid !!! I contacted them to get a refund and was told they had a no return policy ( of course ) The application fee in Texas is 40.00. It is 100.00 in Virginia. What a ripoff !! Never again.

They made it seem like you had to do this course as a first step to become a concealed weapons carrier. Once completed, they had charged me 65$ for a printable certificate that isn't valid for anything.
I searched online for concealed carry license info FOR NY state and concealed carry came up, I read through this very deceptive site and was ripped off by them. My mistake was that i assumed that i would recieve a notifacation of some sort that would let me know that the state im applying in. Doesn't accecpt the certificate i applied for. I took the course and paid $65 for the certificate. Come to find out after being redirected to jump through more hoops to recieve my concealed handgun license. That the certificate i just payed for doesnt apply in oregon. Called to the company to get a refund. Was told that thier website, on the first page, says that there is a no-fund policy. It also says that the license doesnt apply in all states. Problem is that you dont notice it because of thier apply button at the top of the page. So yes, they got me there but still doesn't make it ok. Very unprofessional way of doing things. Wasted my time and money. Paid for something i didn't need.

I was lead to believe that I was testing for a CCW but once I paid the $65 I received a certificate that clearly states it is NOT a CCW permit
