I am tired of continually being locked out of my accounts even though I use the right password. And if I should happen to have the same password long enough to not have to look it up....they say it's time to change your password and I have no option on that.
My accounts are locked on a regular basis but they'll say I must have used the wrong password even though I know damned well I didn't cause I have them written down! They treat me like I'm some kind of idiot so I get angry and curse, although not at them but about the situation so they refuse to unlock my account.
That's my freakin money! What gives them the right to decide if I should have it or not until I'm a good little boy!? I'm sure there's something illegal about that and am checking into that now.
They also decide when and how I get my insurance money that was deposited into my account by my insurance company for storm damage repairs. It's locked until I prove I'm getting actual work done on my house and the checks are made out to the company that is doing the repairs. That's my money and I should be able to go burn it if I choose as I've paid home insurance for 10 years for just this sort of thing.
