In April of 2023, I started receiving phone calls from, Ameren Missouri at their 800-552-7583. They were spoofing the Boone County Government. I reached out to their regulatory department, and told Mrs. Engelbrecht. Got no answers, and brushed it off. On May 18, 2023, again, Ameren called me spoofing the Boone County Government, again, I reached out to Mrs. Engelbrecht and brushed it under the rug, again.
May 19, 2023, Ameren illegally disconnected my service, which is a violation under 4CSR 240-13 paragraph 3, in addition they failed to follow guidelines of MO PSC no 2, 2nd revised, sheet 144 (1). I submitted my call log records from my service provider to rebut Amerens claim that they followed regulations and still Ameren failed to restore services.
Their counsel, Ms. Grubbs has continually used the same practices, when talking to her, as above. She gives no response,,or blames it on someone else. In addition Ms. Grubbs and Mrs. Krcmar, went out of their way to submit a fake phone call log that was editable in excel and spreadsheets, along with a editable pdf piece of paper, that they typed. Doesn't include any carrier information, just editable spreadsheets thst can be modified and altered in Microsoft Word, etc.
In addition, they have been using discriminatory practices in not restoring services, as Inhave filed complaints about the same issues with Ameren before.
